Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over six years of experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC.
As a therapist, I have seen how easy it is for people to get caught in cycles and harmful patterns. Many individuals know something isn't working in their lives, yet they are unsure how to interrupt the pattern.
Therapy creates space to pause, reflect, and understand those patterns with clarity. My role is to walk with you, helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and develop the confidence to make meaningful change.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, serving in ministry, and engaging in activities that nurture connection and community. These experiences continue to shape my appreciation for relationships and personal growth.
I use a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach. My goal is to create a safe place where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences openly. I integrate evidence-based methods including:
Therapy with me is a balance of support, insight-building, and practical strategies that encourage meaningful change.
For clients who desire faith integration, I thoughtfully incorporate Christian principles while always respecting your preferences. I genuinely desire to see people free from unhealthy cycles, free from patterns that feel stuck, and free to grow into healthier versions of themselves.
"Change is a process — but the result that comes with it is rewarding."
You don't have to navigate this alone. Let's work together to find clarity and build meaningful change.
